Sincere Group Holds Anniversary Fun Sports Day and Employee Skills Competition

On September 9, to celebrate the 32nd anniversary of Sinchem’s establishment and the 20th anniversary of Sincere Group, the company organized a celebration event themed "Fun Sports Day + Skills Competition."

At 8:20 AM, the celebration kicked off with a solemn flag-raising ceremony. The five-star red flag was slowly raised, and all employees stood in silence and saluted. After the flag-raising ceremony, Mr. Wang Xin'an, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Sincere, delivered a speech, reviewing the company's growth from a startup team to an industry leader, and thanked all employees for their dedication and hard work. After the flag-raising ceremony, the Fun Sports Day officially began. The event featured various activities, including tug-of-war, relay races, jump rope, and land dragon boat races. On the field, teams from different departments were full of energy. In the tug-of-war competition, participants gripped the rope tightly and shouted in unison, creating waves of cheers; in the relay race, team members worked in perfect harmony, smoothly passing the baton and showcasing efficient teamwork. At 1:30 PM, the skills competition started simultaneously across various positions.
